Rannie truly is one of the best real estate agents I've ever met. When we began the house hunting process, she would listen to my needs and suggest the best homes by collecting and analyzing all kinds of data, including the home floorplan, school district, location, trend of the community, etc. During open houses, she would go through every detail of the house with me, and get useful information from the seller agent. She managed to get me a great deal negotiating with the seller again and again.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Rannie’s work and integrity as a person! The most important factor in an agent from our perspective is trust. We’ve met other agents where it felt they were working to make a quick buck and not really working for us.
