As the founder and CEO of construction and restoration companies, he has spent his career evaluating homes, managing complex projects, and helping property owners make informed decisions about their properties.
His experience includes remodeling, mold remediation, flood restoration, and insurance-related property damage. This technical background helps Brett provide buyers with practical insight into a home’s condition, renovation potential, and long-term value. Sellers also benefit from his knowledge of improvements that can strengthen a property’s presentation and marketability.
Brett has lived in The Bridges, Fairbanks Ranch, and Hacienda Santa Fe, giving him firsthand knowledge of several of Rancho Santa Fe’s most sought-after communities. He is also a member of The Bridges and La Valle Coastal Club and has longstanding ties throughout North County San Diego.
Throughout his career as a business owner, Brett has managed high-value projects, negotiated complex agreements, and built lasting client relationships through clear communication and personal accountability. He brings the same straightforward, hands-on approach to representing real estate buyers and sellers.
Before entering the construction industry, Brett was a professional musician and the lead singer of a touring rock band. He performed alongside acts including Mötley Crüe and Warrant and remains connected to music today.
