Susie, whose primary responsibility is helping Barry Estates' clients with their luxury rental needs, has been actively involved in the Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Solana Beach and surrounding communities for the past 20+ years. She has always had a passion for real estate and looks forward to finding the perfect match for her clients, whether it is a rental property or a forever home. Susie, her husband PJ, and their three kids have lived in The Crosby, Fairbanks Ranch and now Del Mar. As a long-term resident, community volunteer and active parent over the years, Susie has a deep knowledge of the local area offerings including schools, country clubs, dining, shopping, seasonal events, and more.
Susie was raised in the wine country in Northern California and graduated from UC Davis. She worked for CMP Media in San Francisco and NY in advertising and as a publisher for various medical trade publications for 12+ years. After moving to San Diego and while raising kids, Susie became actively involved in obtaining and managing personal rental income properties. She strongly believes that honesty, integrity and trust are key components to a successful and productive relationship.
