Find your dream home

Choosing to work with Beth Davidson on the sale of our Del Mar home, was the best decision. She is professional and proactive and she walked us through the whole listing and negotiating process in a smooth, effortless manner. Having lived and worked in Del Mar for over 20 years, Beth knows the market and was able to provide us with valuable insights and ideas that helped get us the best offer. In addition, we left town on vacation and came home to 5 offers in 5 days, all at or over asking price. She exceeded our expectations and was such a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

Chris carried an exemplary level of professionalism and proactive communication throughout the entire process. He was able to quickly provide options to solve challenges which allowed us to keep moving forward towards closing as quickly as possible. As we weighed our options to purchase this house and look at other homes (with Chris), Chris helped us understand the San Diego market, Santaluz, and ultimately make the best decision for our family. We will continue to recommend Chris to our friends and neighbors around Santaluz with confidence they will receive this same level of service.

We have known Beth Davidson for years as a good neighbor and friend, so we were not hesitant to ask her to help us buy a townhouse. From the start to the end, she was expedient, thorough, thoughtful and encouraging. The market was at an all time high for prices and low for availability so we had many challenges. Despite these issues, she helped us locate, purchase and close on our townhouse in 5 weeks. We would highly recommend her and her real estate agency for purchasing any home in this area.
