Originally from Ohio and educated in Florida, Tammy has lived and worked in North County San Diego for over 20 years. She and her husband Kace (a local orthopaedic surgeon) moved from La Jolla to the Rancho Santa Fe area in 2005, and she brings a deep understanding of both regions and surrounding north county neighborhoods to her daily work as your trusted realtor. As a Crosby Estates resident since 2005, no one can match her intimate knowledge of this gated community and local neighborhoods, the local schools, regional traffic patterns, and the vast array of recreational pursuits in our collective backyard. Tammy raised her kids in this wonderful community where they attended the local public schools where she was a regular parent volunteer.
Tammy's journey to real estate is grounded in a solid foundation of business principles and integrity. She attended Florida State (Go Seminoles!), Florida Atlantic, and Florida International Universities where she received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business-related fields. She worked as a human resources executive for many years before making the transition to real estate, her true passion. Through her business background, she cultivated her analytical skills and developed an unwavering attention to detail which she applies to every real estate transaction. Her long background in business and marketing sharpened her negotiation tactics, enabling her to advocate fiercely for her client's best interests.
