Community has always been at the heart of Del Mar, and the Del Mar Women’s Giving Collective is a powerful example of what can happen when local women come together with a shared commitment to giving back.
Recently featured in the San Diego Union-Tribune, the Del Mar Women’s Giving Collective is celebrating an important milestone: its first decade of collective philanthropy benefiting organizations throughout San Diego County. Since its founding, the organization has provided more than $500,000 in grants to local charities, bringing together women from the Del Mar community to learn about local needs and make a meaningful impact through strategic giving.

We are especially proud to see several women from Luxury Coast Group involved in the organization, including Beth Davidson, Susie Mikolajewski and Debbie Carpenter.
Beth Davidson Steps Into the Role of President
For Beth Davidson, involvement in the Del Mar Women’s Giving Collective has been a longstanding commitment. Beth has served on the organization’s Advisory Committee in a number of capacities over the years and is stepping into the role of President for the 2026–2027 giving cycle.
Her leadership within the Collective is a natural extension of her deep connection to Del Mar. A longtime Del Mar resident, Beth has spent decades building relationships within the community while supporting local organizations and causes.
Her involvement reaches well beyond real estate. Beth has also dedicated her time to organizations including the Rotary Club of Del Mar, Del Mar Village Association and A Bridge for Kids, reflecting a commitment to the community she has called home for more than two decades.
A Shared Commitment to Giving Back
Beth is not the only member of Luxury Coast Group involved with the Del Mar Women’s Giving Collective. Fellow Luxury Coast Group women Susie Mikolajewski and Debbie Carpenter are also part of the organization, further connecting our brokerage with a group dedicated to strengthening the greater San Diego community.
